1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form: full name, company, email, phone, topic and the message you write.
• Technical newsletter subscription: full name, email, company, phone and topics of interest.

To count how many times each blog article is read we do not use cookies or store your IP address: the server computes an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot identify you.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your inquiry and, where appropriate, send you a commercial proposal.
• To send you the technical newsletter on the topics you chose, if you subscribed.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties, except where required by law.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data with your free, express and informed consent, which you give when submitting the contact form or subscribing to the newsletter. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Cookies

The public website does not use cookies or any tracking or advertising tools. The administration panel, used exclusively by authorized PowerPlus staff, uses strictly necessary technical cookies to keep the session secure.

Links to external services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or manufacturer websites) take you to third-party sites that have their own privacy policies.

6. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. Newsletter data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted when you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access with strong authentication, activity logging and backups.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to ventas@power-plus.com.ar. To unsubscribe from the newsletter you can also use the link included in every email.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in how the website works. The date of the last update appears at the top.
