Electrical and mechanical architecture to Uptime Institute Tier III and ANSI/TIA-942 standards.

Site preparation, raised floor and containment for a critical room built from scratch.

Genuine Schneider Electric and APC equipment: UPS, switchboards, PDUs and cooling.

Installation

Assembly, cabling, integration and commissioning with documented load tests.

Commissioning

Integrated tests and verification of maintainability and fault tolerance across all systems.

Operation

Authorized service, 24/7 monitoring, generator sets and fire protection system.

Designed to Uptime Institute standards, with a view to certification

The room was designed to meet Tier III requirements—concurrent maintainability without stopping operations—and the ANSI/TIA-942 standard. The design is ready to move toward formal Uptime Institute certification.
