We design, install and maintain uninterruptible power systems for data centers and critical rooms: Schneider Electric and APC UPS in redundant configurations, battery banks, maintenance bypass and automatic transfer to generation. The goal is that the critical load never loses power—neither during a grid outage nor during maintenance.

## Why backup power defines availability

In a critical room, power is the leading cause of downtime. A grid outage, a disturbance or an unmaintained UPS can stop servers, communications and entire processes. That is why the backup system is designed as a whole: UPS, batteries, switchboards, transfer and generation must work in coordination.

We work with Uptime Institute Tier criteria: we aim to remove single points of failure and enable **concurrent maintainability**—servicing any piece of equipment without dropping the load.

- **Modular UPS** with redundant power modules and maintenance bypass to service without dropping the load.
- **Battery banks** with autonomy calculation, ventilation and health monitoring.

- **DCIM integration** to see UPS, battery, load and runtime status in real time.

## Power quality audit

We run audits with network analyzers—measuring harmonics, flicker, imbalance and transients—and deliver a report with actions to protect equipment and reduce losses. It is the recommended starting point before expanding or renewing a backup system.

## UPS rental and Exchange program

We rent Schneider Electric and APC UPS units for construction, events, migrations or while a unit is being repaired: we install, monitor and remove them when you are done. To renew equipment, PowerPlus gives you access to Schneider Electric’s official **Exchange** program at preferential prices.

  What is the difference between N+1 and 2N?In N+1 there is one module or unit beyond what the load needs: if one fails, the rest carry it. In 2N there are two complete, independent systems, each able to supply the full load, which also allows maintaining an entire system without affecting operation.

   How often should a UPS be serviced?We recommend scheduled preventive maintenance following the manufacturer’s plan and battery condition, complemented by continuous monitoring to anticipate battery, fan and capacitor failures.

   Can you service a UPS without dropping the load?Yes, when the system has a maintenance bypass or redundancy. If your installation doesn’t allow it, the assessment tells you what changes are needed.

   Do you work with UPS units I already have?Yes. As a Schneider Electric Authorized Services Reseller we provide authorized service for existing Schneider and APC equipment, with genuine parts.
