A single responsible party for the whole chain. Every stage executed and validated by the same engineering team.

### Design

    Electrical and mechanical architecture to Uptime Institute Tier III and ANSI/TIA-942 standards.
2. 02

### Civil works

    Site preparation, raised floor and containment for a critical room built from scratch.
3. 03

### Supply

    Genuine Schneider Electric and APC equipment: UPS, switchboards, PDUs and cooling.
4. 04

### Installation

    Assembly, cabling, integration and commissioning with documented load tests.
5. 05

### Commissioning

    Integrated tests and verification of maintainability and fault tolerance across all systems.
6. 06

### Operation

    Authorized service, 24/7 monitoring, generator sets and fire protection system.

## Designed to Uptime Institute standards, with a view to certification

The room was designed to meet **Tier III** requirements—concurrent maintainability without stopping operations—and the **ANSI/TIA-942** standard. The design is ready to move toward formal Uptime Institute certification.
